There will be a District 5 Meeting hosted by Pensacola Branch 321 at their
Union Hall located at 3817 North S. Street, Pensacola, Florida 32505 from 9-1
pm. on May 18, 2008.
The National Business Agent for Region 9 Judy Willoughby or a representative
from her office will be the Guest Speaker.
Hotel accommodations have been arranged should you want to arrive on Saturday. You may call the Holiday Inn at 7813 North Davis Highway 850-472-1400. The cost is $99.00 plus 11.5% tax for a 2 queen bed room. The rooms are reserved under the name of James Ryland. The cut-off date for making the reservation(s) will be May 10, 2008.
I am requesting that you provide me with the number of members that will be attending the district meeting to make sure that there will be adequate material available for the training.
